Here are four steps we take to ensure product quality.

Six ways to minimise down time and increase productivity.
1.gif We ask you all about the product, it’s intended use, expected lifetime and much more so that we know what we have to achieve. This information is important. It allows us to know if the product we make is going to do the trick.
2.gif Our engineers make a plan and discuss the project, so that more than one mind is on the job. As a result of this project we may find ways to reduce costs and improve the product.
3.gif We make a prototype and test it to make sure it does what we said it would. If it doesn’t work, we go back to step two and get it right.
4.gif Once you’ve got the product we follow up to make sure it is still working in optimum condition. We like to make sure you’re happy even after your project has left the workshop.		 1.gif General site and factory maintenance. We can do scheduled maintenance and repairs and we also run a 24hr emergency service.
2.gif Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel fabrication and Conveyor Systems. We’re also happy to help with your Custom Projects.
3.gif Lathe, milling and keyways. With our extensive machine shop and the wide staff experience Northwest Engineering will deal with your needs for lathe work, milling, key ways and gear repairs.
