McDonalds - Traill Family Restaurants

Rod Cameron has been working with Alan and Murray Traill of Traill Family Restaurants and the McDonald's Restaurant system for the since 1996. Powerserve provides support services to their business in the form of electrical repairs and installation, preventative maintenance, electrical testing and tagging, 24 hour - 7 day breakdown service and some project coordination and management.

Powerserve recognises that a safe environment and safe operational equipment are two critical factors for any business to operate efficiently. This has never been more acurate than in an extremely busy QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) such as McDonald's. Therefore, our ability to respond to every emergency situation with a 'now' and 'no problem' attitude is paramount to our quick service approach. We take pride in resolving issues with an 'outside the box' approach, and our ability to understand their needs quickly and concisely make our partnership an effective one.
Powerserve Electrical partnered with Northwest Engineering to provide a full service for the electrical decommissioning of Air New Zealand's self-check-in facilities (Northwest were responsible for the mechanical decommissioning). Due to our historical familiarity in the area, and our partnership with Northwest, we were an obvious choice for the contract.

Throughout the project, we
 worked co-operatively alongside other trades to ensure the decommissioning was conducted in a site safe manner and to site specific criteria.
Feedback that we received regarding our work on the project noted that our positive 'no problem, only solutions' attitude and our willingness to go the extra mile were particularly refreshing in the industry.
